Doula Jess

Meet Jess

Grab a beverage of your choice, pull up a chair, and let me tell you a little about myself. I’m the oldest of six kids in a blended family. At a pretty young age, I married a wonderfully romantic guy and together we made four ridiculously adorable baby humans. I’ve dabbled in a host of things that have pulled together a pretty cool skill set to create a confident doula who can serve your needs in many ways.

I “wing” life. I love Jesus. I’m a digital hoarder (thanks, Pinterest), a homesteader, a general Jill-of-all-trades. My husband and I homeschool our cherubs. I kill houseplants…mostly because I forget to water them. I like to learn new things even if the information turns out to be “useless.” I aspire to be a lifeline for someone on Who Wants to be a Millionaire.

When I’m your doula one of my goals is to be what you need me to be. Do you need a cheerleader? A drill sergeant? A Bouncer? A walking encyclopedia full of birth knowledge? Do you need someone to walk five-hundred miles (and five hundred more) in the birth center hallways with you? Need a reminder of how awesome you are? I can do that!

My ultimate goal is to help you achieve the birth you desire. Simply, you call the shots…I support you in the many ways I know how to. How that looks completely varies from client to client. Rest assured, we will work together to create your vision. If that sounds appealing to you, let’s grab an actual beverage of your choice and you can tell me all about you.
